My Background
I have over ten years working in the mental health and wellbeing sector. I have worked in the care, support work, counselling, CBT, and social activism sectors.
I was a Service Manager for OTR, a leading mental health and social movement service in Bristol. There, I helped develop and reorganise the Therapeutic Services, as well as design highly successful mental health workshops for young people, like MIND AID.
I am currently consulting with Young Somerset, a major charity for young people, as they seek to radically reorganise the way they offer support to young people in the area.
I have also delivered training and advice to schools on how staff can better support their students and each other, teaching key communication skills as well as assisting in putting structures in place to assist this process.

Generally speaking, my approach to any consultation relationship usually involves the following process:
- Openness & Curiosity: Getting to know the service, and the staff.
- Meaning & Purpose: Identifying the service's key values
- Creative Explorations: Collaborative conversations, looking at all the possibilities
- Solution-Focus: Identifying specific goals, and how to get there
- Implimentation: Tracking change
- Review: Acquiring feedback & Identifying Leanring
