Whatever Arises In This Moment, That Is Where We Will Go

This facilitated group will be for you to explore what is here, in us and between us, in the present moment. Together, we will be curious about:

What is it like to be real and authentic in a group?

How are you responding in this moment?

What does this moment bring up for you?

How can you speak your truth, right now?

This group will be confidential, therapeutically held, and invite a deep commitment to speak your truth. There will spaces for 6-10 people.

Cost: £50/session.
When: Fortnightly. Every first and third Saturday of the month. Or, every first and third Thursday on the month.
Time: 2pm – 4pm Saturdays, 7pm - 9pm Thursdays.

Group Begins: ASAP, when there’s enough interest. Feel free to spread the word to others.

Sessions will initially take place in person in Bristol, probably around Westbury-on-Trym.
